Focusight Rose Packaging System

Focusight Rose Automatic Packaging System requires only effortless loading by workers to accommodate various packaging needs—6, 9, 12, 15, or 18 stems per bouquet—suitable for standard rose packaging. It simultaneously automates bouquet bundling, stem trimming, packaging tension measurement, and adhesive application. With a peak capacity of 220 bouquets per hour, the system simplifies, accelerates, and elevates flower packaging to higher efficiency and quality.

【Loading Unit】

Featuring modular design, it supports three simultaneous operations with just one operator. Capable of handling multiple packaging formats (6/9/12/15/18 stems), the unit integrates three sets of photoelectric sensors for real-time bouquet positioning and a vision system to detect bloom height and stem length.

【Four-Station Packaging Unit】

The innovative four-station rotary design stands as the system’s core highlight.

Precisely receives flowers, adjusts bouquet compactness in real time, and automates bundling. Tailors stem trimming positions based on individual stem lengths to meet customer specifications. Executes stable, sequential wrapping along all four sides of the bouquet, followed by quick-drying adhesive application. Every bouquet achieves high-speed, consistent, and premium-quality packaging.
